Circa 1963/ 1964 Selmer Treble ‘N’ Bass 50

I have had this head a long time, i was told that the red tolex to be original and that certainly looks the case except for maybe the rear cover. I don’t know as i haven’t seen another. If it has been recovered its been done well with the gold piping and a long time ago. Its had a mains transformer change in the past, not so delicately installed with some chopping of the chassis to make it fit. Its a big tardis affair, and again it looks like it was done a long time ago. It also has been diode rectified a common 60’s “upgrade” for reliability. Anyway its a very cool old amp that still delivers the goods in a nice size package
